Refund Policy
We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note we are a boutique shop and most of our items are custom created upon order. On this note, please select sizing carefully. To be eligible for a return in the form of a store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us using the form below. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom orders, sale items, intimate apparel including sleepwear, handmade or special order items or gift cards. Please understand we are a boutique specialty shop with mainly custom-made orders and much time and effort has been put into creating our products.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Return Due To Change of Mind:
Modestly Yours will not accept returns due to change of mind.
The return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Once we receive the package, the refund will be processed and you will receive the full value of the product as a refund in the form of store credit.
Warranty Returns
Modestly Yours provides a 21 day warranty period.
The item must be returned to us in the original packaging, unopened, and unused.
If you would like to issue a warranty claim, the claim should be submitted within 21 days of you receiving the package.
The return shipping will be paid for by the customer, however, should it be a warranty issue we will reimburse you once the warranty claim is successful.
Upon the acquirement of the package containing the products for the warranty claim, we will process your warranty claim within 7 days.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in the form of store credit for warranty returns unless alternate arrangements are made prior.
